The tactile response could be better - it's more of a soft-touch keyboard than what I'm used to, but it does the job. I purchased an ergonomic keyboard that did not have a 10-key and purchased this to replace it. I'm not a heavy user of 10-key, but for average use (maybe every other day for around 10 minutes), it works pretty well.
I did buy another one to use with my laptop and it doesn't hold up as well for banging around in a backpack/laptop bag, but it works fine for that as well.
